Join other Runnymede families once a month for lifeguard-supervised open and lane swimming on a Friday night at the Humberside C.I. Pool.

- Grades 1 to 4: 7 – 8 p.m.
- Grades 5 to 8: 8 – 9 p.m.
- 2011/2012 dates: September 23, November 4, December 2, January 13, February 3, March 2, April 13, May 4, June 8
- Cost: $15 per student / $35 per family (siblings and immediate family)
- To join, submit the signup form to your child’s teacher in September, or contact Rob Dunford for mid-year signup rates.
Policies: City of Toronto Aquatics Policies for pool use and swimmer supervision will be followed.
- Change Room Use: Children 7 years of age and older are required to use the change room designated for their gender.
- Admittance Policy (based on age and swimming ability):
- Children 6 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or designate who is at least 14 years of age and is responsible for their direct supervision and must be within arms reach (2:1 child:caregiver ratio.)
- Children 7-9 years of age must pass a facility swim test in order to be admitted without caregiver supervision.
- Children 7-9 years of age who cannot pass the facility swim test must remain in the shallow end and be accompanied by a parent, guardian or designate who is at least 14 years of age and is responsible for their direct supervision (4:1 child:caregiver ratio.)
- Children 10 years of age or older may enter the pool unaccompanied but must pass a facility swim text before accessing the deep end of the pool (tested in shallow end of pool at first visit.)
